Filing a DMCA Complaint

  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed or disabled content and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where Hapymood operates) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA claim.
